Second Serving as Consultant for Chef Dale Miller

Miller has consulted with national companies including Red Lobster, Olive Garden and McDonald's. He has been a board member of Maple Leaf Farms, a duck producer in Indiana, and travels internationally for the company. In the coming weeks, he'll be working with Campbell's. He offers menu development, restaurant planning, kitchen design, and recipe development, among other services.
