FIRE Urban Eatery + Bar

The Need:

The restaurant is to be an expression of the places that the owners loved to eat at during their many trips traveling near and far. Hidden gems bristling with energy and serving up simple authentic foods from the heart convinced them to bring their dream full circle … and it was the discovery of these warm, vibrant, and welcoming restaurants with diverse cultural cuisines that were the inspirations for the concept.

Our team is providing assistance in navigating the entire restaurant concept development, construction, and opening.

The Solution:

FIRE Urban Eatery + Bar will be more than a burger place … it will be a gathering place for community and families to come together to celebrate life, culture, and special occasions. It will be a place to enjoy globally inspired burgers, riffs on comfort food favorites, dessert-style milkshakes, creative cocktails, beer and wine for lunch, dinner, brunch or anytime. Our goal is to have uncompromising commitment to bringing unique tastes, affordable high-quality fare, and an upbeat experience to their valued customers.

The atmosphere will an approachable hip, modern, fast casual eatery with an undeniable community spirit. The vibe will be bright, lively, and full of life. It will be a place that all at once has a purpose, a connection, and lots of personality – A carefree escape for all generations to call home.
